In no event shall starph's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your starph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, starph reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, starph will return any verified balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and compliance checks.
